Attach it to one of your Pokémon SP that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool to make that Pokémon's attacks cost one Colorless less, and discard this card if the Pokémon is Knocked Out or is no longer a Pokémon SP. The restriction to one Tool per Pokémon and the SP-only limitation constrains which attackers can benefit and affects deck construction.
