Swablu (pl1-97, Reverse Holofoil) is a Colorless Basic Pokémon printed in the Platinum expansion. Its Sing attack puts the Defending Pokémon to Sleep and Run Around deals 10 damage while allowing you to switch Swablu with one of your Benched Pokémon. Low energy requirements and a zero retreat cost make it useful as an early-game status enabler or a cheap switching option.
