Once during your turn (before your attack), if you have a Stadium card in play, you may use this power. Each Active Pokémon (both yours and your opponent's) (excluding Pokémon SP) is now Poisoned. This power can't be used if Skuntank is affected by a Special Condition.
If the Defending Pokémon tries to attack during your opponent's next turn, your opponent flips a coin. If tails, this attack does nothing.

Skuntank G (pl1-94, printed 94/127) is a Basic SP Psychic Pokémon from the Platinum expansion illustrated by Makoto Imai. It features the Poké-Power Poison Structure, which, if a Stadium is in play, can Poison both Active Pokémon except for Pokémon SP but cannot be used if Skuntank is affected by a Special Condition. Its Smokescreen attack does 20 damage and can force the Defending Pokémon to flip a coin before attacking on your opponent's next turn, possibly preventing that attack.
