It has Muddy Water, which deals 10 damage to one of the opponent's Benched Pokémon, and Pound, which deals 20 damage to the Active Pokémon. With a single Colorless retreat cost and a +10 Lightning weakness, it works as a low-cost early-game attacker for Water decks.
