Its Tsunami attack deals 10 damage to each of the opponent's Benched Pokémon, and Water Pulse deals 60 damage with a coin flip that can put the Defending Pokémon to Sleep. It carries a +30 Lightning weakness and a retreat cost of two Colorless, giving it moderate risk while offering bench-harassment utility.
