Galactic HQ (pl1-106) is an Uncommon Stadium Trainer from the Platinum expansion. While in play, whenever any player evolves a Pokémon by playing it from their hand, put two damage counters on that Pokémon. Because the effect applies to both players, it can disrupt decks that rely on manual on-hand evolutions.
