Dialga (pl1-23) is a Basic Metal-type Pokémon from the Platinum expansion with rarity Rare. Its first attack, Energy Stream, can recover a basic Energy from your discard pile on a coin flip, and its second attack, Diamond Blow, deals heavy damage but prevents Dialga from attacking on your next turn. It has Fire weakness, Psychic resistance, and a three-colorless retreat cost, which affects how you build and pace plays in a deck.
