Delcatty (pl1-4 Holofoil) is a Stage 1 Colorless Pokémon card from the Platinum expansion. Its Poké-Power, Power Circulation, lets you take up to two basic Energy cards from your discard pile and place them on top of your deck in any order at the cost of putting two damage counters on Delcatty. It has two attacks: Power Heal, which deals variable damage based on Delcatty's damage counters and then removes damage counters, and Rear Kick, a three-colorless attack that deals 60 damage, providing both recovery-synergy and a straightforward damage option.
