Blissey (pl1-22) is a Stage 1 Colorless Pokémon printed as a Reverse Holofoil with collector number 22/127. Its Poké-Power Nurse Call can discard a card to remove two damage counters from one of your Pokémon, and its attacks let you draw up to six cards or deal 100 damage at the cost of self-damage. Appeared in the Pokémon TCG Platinum expansion.
