Ampharos (pl1-1-Holofoil) is a Lightning-type Stage 2 Pokémon from the Platinum expansion. Its Poké-Body, Damage Bind, prevents any Pokémon that has damage counters from using Poké-Powers. Its attacks are Gigavolt, which can deal extra damage or Paralyze the Defending Pokémon, and Reflect Energy, which moves an Energy from Ampharos to one of your Benched Pokémon.
