Target Whistle Team Flare Gear (xy4-106, Reverse Holofoil) is a Trainer Item from the Phantom Forces expansion. When played, it lets you put a Basic Pokémon from your opponent's discard pile onto their Bench and uses the standard timing that allows multiple Item plays before attacking. It can be used to refill an opponent's Bench for strategic disruption or to enable follow-up knockouts on returned Basics.
