Steel Shelter (xy4-105) is a Stadium Trainer from the Phantom Forces expansion. While in play, it prevents all Metal Pokémon on both sides from being affected by Special Conditions and removes any that already are. It stays on the field until replaced by another stadium, providing a persistent defensive effect for metal-oriented strategies.
