When played it functions as a 30 HP Colorless Basic Pokémon that can't retreat, may be discarded from play during your turn, and if Knocked Out it awards no Prize Cards to your opponent. It also carries a rule allowing you to play as many Item cards as you like during your turn, supporting Item-heavy strategies.
