Description

M Manectric-EX (xy4-24a) is a Lightning-type MEGA Pokémon-EX from the Phantom Forces expansion. Its Turbo Bolt attack deals 110 damage and lets you attach two basic Energy cards from your discard pile to one of your Benched Pokémon. It functions as a heavy-hitting attacker that accelerates Energy to the bench but carries the Mega Evolution drawback of ending your turn and the EX knockout penalty.
