Feraligatr (xy4-17, Cosmos Holofoil) is a Water Stage 2 Pokémon from the Phantom Forces expansion. Its Hyper Whirlpool attack flips coins until tails to discard an Energy from the opponent's Active Pokémon for each heads while dealing 60 damage, and Second Strike does 80 damage plus 80 more if the Active Pokémon already has damage counters. With a three-cost retreat and a Grass ×2 weakness, it fits aggressive single-target damage or energy-disruption strategies.
