Feraligatr (xy4-17) is a Stage 2 Water Pokémon from the Phantom Forces expansion. Its Hyper Whirlpool effect flips coins until a tails and discards one of the opponent's Active Energy for each heads, enabling energy disruption. Second Strike provides high base damage and deals an extra 80 if the opponent's Active Pokémon is already damaged, making it useful as a finisher.
