Description

Technical Machine: Devolution (sv4-177) is a Trainer card printed as a Pokémon Tool that can be attached to one of your Pokémon. The attached Pokémon gains the attack Devolution, which returns each opponent's highest Stage Evolution card from their evolved Pokémon to their hand. You must still pay the required Energy to use the attack, and the Tool is discarded from that Pokémon at the end of your turn.
