Luxurious Cape (sv4-265 Holofoil) is a Hyper Rare Pokémon Tool from the Paradox Rift expansion. When attached to a Pokémon without a Rule Box it gives that Pokémon +100 HP and makes the opponent take one extra Prize card if they Knock Out that Pokémon by an attack. Standard Pokémon Tool attachment rules apply, allowing only one Tool per Pokémon.
