Milotic (sv4-36 Reverse Holofoil) is a Water-type Stage 1 Pokémon from the Paradox Rift expansion. It has the Lifeboat Ability that, when evolved onto a Pokémon from your hand, lets each player return a Basic Pokémon from their discard pile to their Bench. Its Hypno Splash attack deals 60 damage and can put the opponent's Active Pokémon to Sleep.
