Its Dishonest Swap attack moves all damage counters from one of your Benched Pokémon to the opponent's Active Pokémon, and its Slash attack deals 60 damage for two Colorless. That damage-redistribution effect gives it niche utility as a tech to pressure or finish weakened Active Pokémon.
