Kingdra (sv4-32-Holofoil) is a Water Stage 2 Pokémon. It has Whirltide, which reveals the top six cards of your deck to deal 60 damage to one of your opponent's Pokémon for each Energy card found and discards those Energy cards, and Hydro Splash, which deals 120 damage. With a one retreat cost and Lightning weakness, it functions as a mid-line attacker that can generate large single-target damage while interacting with energy in your deck.
