Flare Bringer lets you attach up to two Basic Fire Energy cards from your discard pile to one of your Pokémon. Megafire of Envy deals 50 damage normally and does an additional 90 damage if any of your Pokémon were Knocked Out by an opponent's attack on their last turn.
