Chien-Pao ex (sv2-61) is a Basic Water Pokémon ex from the Paldea Evolved expansion with the Double Rare holofoil variant. Its Ability Shivery Chill lets you search your deck for up to two Basic Water Energy cards and add them to your hand once per turn while active. Its attack Hail Blade can deal 60 damage times the number of Water Energy discarded from your Pokémon, enabling large burst damage at the cost of resources.
