It has the Shivery Chill Ability that lets you search your deck for up to 2 Basic Water Energy and add them to your hand once while Active. Its Hail Blade attack can discard any amount of Water Energy from your Pokémon to deal 60 damage for each card discarded, offering scalable burst damage at an energy trade-off.
