Its Ability, Shivery Chill, lets you fetch up to two Basic Water Energy from your deck to your hand once while Active, and its attack Hail Blade can discard any amount of Water Energy from your Pokémon to deal 60 damage per card discarded. As a Pokémon ex it awards two Prize cards when Knocked Out, making it a high-risk, high-reward option in aggressive or energy-capitalizing Water decks.
