Patrol Cap (Reverse Holofoil)

Description

Patrol Cap (sv3-191) is a Pokémon Tool card from the Obsidian Flames expansion printed as a Reverse Holofoil. While attached to an Active Pokémon, it prevents your deck from having cards discarded by opponent effects such as attacks, Abilities, Item, Pokémon Tool, or Supporter cards. It also enforces the standard Tool rule that you may attach only one Pokémon Tool to each Pokémon and that Tools remain attached.
