Patrol Cap (sv3-191) is a Pokémon Tool from the Obsidian Flames set that you attach to an Active Pokémon. While attached to the Active Pokémon, it prevents cards in your deck from being discarded by effects of your opponent's attacks, Abilities, Item cards, Pokémon Tool cards, or Supporter cards. The card also follows standard Tool placement rules allowing one Tool per Pokémon and unlimited attachments per turn across your Pokémon.
