Description

Kyogre ex (np-37-Holofoil) is a Water-type Basic EX promo from the Nintendo Black Star Promos. It has the Poké-Body Frenzy that boosts its attacks by 40 damage if the opponent controls specific Legendary Pokémon, and two attacks: Aqua Supply, which lets you attach a basic Energy from your hand, and Tsunami, which deals damage to the Active and 10 to each Benched opponent's Pokémon. Its EX status makes it worth two Prize cards when Knocked Out, and it carries a two-colorless retreat cost and ×2 Lightning weakness.
