Articuno ex (np-32 Holofoil) is a Basic Water-type Pokémon-ex promo from the Nintendo Black Star Promos. It has a Poké-Body, Synchronized Lift, that reduces its Retreat Cost to 0 when Zapdos ex and Moltres ex are also in play and two attacks: Ice Gift can move a Water Energy to another of your Pokémon and Freezing Wing deals 50 damage with a chance to Sleep the Defending Pokémon. Its status as a Pokémon-ex means your opponent takes two Prize cards if it is Knocked Out, which influences its role as a high-value target in decks.
