Typhlosion (neo1-18 First Edition Holofoil) is a Fire-type Stage 2 Pokémon printed as a rare holo in Neo Genesis. It features the Pokémon Power Fire Boost, which can attach up to four Fire Energy to it on a successful coin flip when played, and the Flame Wheel attack that discards three Fire Energy to deal 80 damage plus 20 damage to each Benched Pokémon. Its toolbox-like energy acceleration and high-damage attack make it a late-game finisher that requires substantial energy investment.
