It lets you look at the top seven cards of your deck and optionally reveal one Trainer among them to add to your hand, then you shuffle. Using it prevents you from playing any more Trainer cards for the rest of that turn, so it’s a single-use search tool best timed when you don’t need additional Trainer plays.
