Noctowl (neo1-42 Unlimited) is a Colorless Stage 1 Pokémon from the Neo Genesis set with the Pokémon Power Glaring Gaze. The power lets you flip a coin once per turn to potentially view your opponent’s hand and shuffle a chosen Trainer card from it back into their deck. It also has the attack Wing Attack that deals 30 damage and standard Weakness to Lightning and Resistance to Fighting.
