Magby (neo1-23 Unlimited) is a Fire-type Baby Pokémon from the Neo Genesis expansion. It has the Sputter attack that deals 10 damage and causes all Pokémon Powers to stop working until the end of your next turn. While it can be vulnerable as a low-cost Baby Pokémon, it also has a defensive triggered rule that can end an opponent's attack attempt by a coin flip when it is the Active Pokémon.
