Its Discharge attack makes you discard all attached Lightning Energy and then deals 30× damage based on heads flipped, while Electric Current moves a Lightning Energy from Flaaffy to a Benched Pokémon for 20 damage. It serves as both an energy-transfer support piece and a potential burst-damage attacker depending on how much Lightning Energy is invested.
