Cyndaquil (neo1-56 First Edition) is a Basic Fire-type Pokémon from the Neo Genesis expansion. It has a one-colorless-cost Leer that can prevent the Defending Pokémon from attacking if a coin flip succeeds and a Fire+Colorless Swift attack that deals 20 damage unaffected by most defensive modifiers. Its single Colorless retreat cost and Water ×2 weakness define its defensive tradeoffs in gameplay.
