Igglybuff (neo2-40 First Edition) is a Colorless Baby Pokémon from the Neo Discovery expansion printed as 40/75. It has the Pokémon Power Gaze, which can target an opponent's Benched Pokémon that has a Pokémon Power and stop that power until the end of your turn or until that Pokémon leaves the Bench. As a Baby Pokémon it also enforces the Baby rule when active, forcing the attacking player to flip a coin before their attack and ending their turn on tails.
