Eevee (printed number 38/75, neo2-38-Unlimited) is a Colorless Basic Pokémon from the Neo Discovery set printed as an Uncommon. It has the Pokémon Power Energy Evolution which lets you, when attaching an Energy, flip a coin and on heads search your deck for a matching-type evolution to immediately place onto Eevee. Its sole attack, Smash Kick, costs one Colorless and deals 10 damage, giving it a cheap early-game attacking option.
