Mysterious Fossil (base6-109) is a Trainer card printed to act as a Basic Pokémon while in play. It has no attacks, cannot retreat or be affected by Special Conditions, and can be discarded at any time during your turn to allow putting Pokémon that evolve from it onto the card. If Knocked Out, it is discarded but does not count as a Knocked Out Pokémon, so it interacts differently with Knock Out effects and prize card rules.
