Milotic (ex5-12 Reverse Holofoil) is a Stage 1 Water Pokémon from the Hidden Legends expansion. It has the Poké-Power Healing Shower that can remove all damage counters from all non‑Pokémon-ex Pokémon when you evolve Milotic from your hand. Its attacks are Wave Splash for modest damage and Distorted Wave which deals heavier damage and first removes up to three damage counters from the Defending Pokémon.
