Metagross ex (ex5-95 Holofoil) is a Metal Stage 2 Pokémon-ex with a Rare Holo EX print designation. Its Metal Reversal attack lets you force a swap of your opponent's Benched and Defending Pokémon and deals 40 damage to the new Defending Pokémon if you choose to switch. It also has Extra Comet Punch, which deals 50 damage now and can deal an additional 50 damage on your next turn, offering a high-damage follow-up at the cost of a heavy retreat requirement.
