Milotic (ex5-12) is a Stage 1 Water Pokémon from the Hidden Legends set with artwork credited to Atsuko Nishida. It has the Poké-Power Healing Shower that can remove all damage counters from all non‑Pokémon-ex on the field when you play it from your hand to evolve, and two attacks including Distorted Wave which also heals the Defending Pokémon before dealing 80 damage. Its role in a deck is defensive and support-oriented, using healing synergies while providing moderate damage output.
