Ampharos (ecard1-2-Holofoil, 2/165) is a Lightning-type Stage 2 Pokémon from the Expedition Base Set. It has the Poké-Power Energy Connect, which lets you move a basic Energy attached to one of your Benched Pokémon to your Active Pokémon as often as you like during your turn unless Ampharos is affected by a Special Condition. Its Lightning Strike attack deals 40 damage, or 80 if you discard all Lightning Energy cards attached to Ampharos.
