Description

Metal Energy (ecard1-159) is a Special Energy card from the Expedition Base Set printed as a Reverse Holofoil. It provides Metal Energy and reduces damage done to the Metal Pokémon it is attached to by 10, or if attached to a non-Metal Pokémon it reduces damage that Pokémon deals by 10 when it damages another Pokémon. As a Special Energy, it does not count as a basic Energy and can serve both defensive and utility roles in deck builds that use Metal-type attacks.
