It has the Poké-Power Baby Evolution that lets you put Pikachu from your hand onto Pichu (counting as an evolution) and remove all damage counters, and an attack, Collect, that lets you draw a card. The card has a single Colorless retreat cost and a Fighting weakness, making it fragile but useful for evolving into Pikachu mid-game.
