Altaria ex (ex9-90 Holofoil) is a Colorless Stage 1 Pokémon-ex from the ex Emerald expansion. It has a Poké-Body called Mist that reduces damage dealt to it by Stage 2 Evolved Pokémon by 30, and two attacks: Dive for 20 and Dragon Mist for 70 which ignores the Defending Pokémon's Resistance and other effects. Its Pokémon-ex status means it grants the opponent two Prize cards when knocked out, influencing high-risk/high-reward deck decisions.
