Abilities, attacks, weakness & resistance
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may have your opponent switch 1 of your Active Pokémon with 1 of your Benched Pokémon. Then, you switch 1 of the Defending Pokémon with 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. This power can't be used if Palkia is affected by a Special Condition.
You may move all Energy cards attached to Palkia to your Benched Pokémon in any way you like. (Ignore this effect if you don't have any Benched Pokémon.)

Palkia LV.X (DP18, Holofoil) is a Water-type Level-Up Pokémon promo from the DP Black Star series designed to be placed onto an existing Active Palkia. Its Poké-Power Restructure can force an arranged switch that also swaps your opponent's Defending Pokémon with one from their Bench, though it can't be used while Palkia is affected by a Special Condition. Its attack Hydro Reflect costs three Water Energy and lets you move all Energy attached to Palkia onto your Benched Pokémon in any arrangement.
