Description

A promotional Palkia LV.X (DP18) Level-Up Water-type Pokémon from the DP Black Star Promos set. It has the Poké-Power Restructure which forces a mandatory swap sequence between your Active and Benched Pokémon and then switches your opponent's Defending Pokémon with one of their Benched Pokémon, and the attack Hydro Reflect lets you move all Energy from Palkia to your Benched Pokémon. The card is designed to be placed onto an active Palkia and inherit the attacks and abilities of the previous level while adding its own effects.
