Dialga (DP26) is a Basic Metal-type Pokémon promo from the DP Black Star Promos set. Its Time Bellow attack lets you draw a card and its Flash Cannon can return all Energy attached to Dialga and force the removal and shuffling of the highest Stage Evolution from the Defending Pokémon, dealing 40 damage. The card has Fire weakness, Psychic resistance, and a two-colorless retreat cost, making it a mid-cost attacker with a disruptive evolution-targeting effect.
