Chimchar (DP02) is a Basic Fire Pokémon promo from the DP Black Star Promos series illustrated by Kagemaru Himeno. It has two attacks: Scratch for 10 damage and Ember for 30 damage which requires a coin flip that may force you to discard an attached Fire Energy. Its small retreat cost and single Water weakness make it a light early-game attacker or tech in Fire decks.
