Does 10 damage plus 10 more damage for each Energy attached to the Defending Pokémon.

Starmie (ex8-48, Reverse Holofoil) is a Stage 1 Water Pokémon from the Deoxys set with the Poké-Body Core Guard. Core Guard reduces damage done to Starmie by 10 when it has any Psychic Energy attached. It has two attacks: Energy Flip which deals small targeted bench damage and can move an Energy, and Psychic Boom which scales damage by the Defending Pokémon's attached Energy.
